Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Facilities Planner (Level 2) to support the Facilities Maintenance team onsite in Portland, Oregon.
Position Responsibilities:
Compiles data from headcount projections and business plans to forecast use and occupancy allocation, capital and expense budgets, building utilization and density to manage real property assets and site cost allocations for Company space and facility requirements
Supports projects through use of established project management tools
Researches, analyzes data and drafts proposals for team review
Interact with facilities management and customers for approval of conceptual plans and participates in conflict resolution
Gathers information for business initiatives and team activities to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, service delivery and asset utilization
Analyze group and site strategies to develop proposals and plans
Evaluates site capabilities, manufacturing processes and technology forecasts and incorporates these into asset use strategies
Interacts with internal organizations and senior level management to identify and assess impact to the business operating plan
Prepares business case analysis
Coordinate office relocations, furniture moves and maintenance activities
Coordinate meeting and event setups
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
1+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
1+ years of experience preparing time, cost, and labor estimates
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience using AutoCAD or a similar software

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $80,100 - $97,900
