Job Description Summary:
Portland is seeking a level 2 Business Operations Process Analyst to join our Portland Business Operations team. This position is located in Portland, Oregon.
The selected candidate will support execution of site performance by focusing on key areas such as: management system, RIO (Risk, Issue, Opportunity) project management, metrics, rate, site initiatives and site administrative support.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to achieve business objectives across the Portland site
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to prepare comprehensive reports, monitor project health, and track critical key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate effective coordination of commitments and communications with both internal teams and external stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives.
- Partner with experienced team members to proactively identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to the development of robust mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
- Engage with leadership to secure necessary approvals, provide timely updates on project status, and communicate progress on key initiatives.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of issues impacting assigned statements of work, maintaining project momentum and quality.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners to support and enhance business goals.
- Provide support for site-wide initiatives, events, and ongoing business administrative functions to promote a productive and engaging work environment.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in project or program management
- 3+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor degree in Business field is preferable
- Familiarity with Project Management Fundamentals

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $76,000-$82,000
