Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking a Senior Technical Artist to provide support for Philadelphia, PA. The selected candidate for this Senior Technical Artist conceptualizes, creates, designs, and modifies detailed illustrations, graphics, full color animations and interactive electronic media utilizing cutting-edge real-time technologies. In addition, they will conduct research and analysis of source data or designs to inform illustration and graphics creation. The Senior Technical Artist will guide, instruct, create, and maintain illustration and graphics development standards, as well as process, and procedures for Support Engineering products and services. In this role, the selected candidate will maintain and store illustration and graphics for accessibility, while ensuring product compliance with applicable standards and specifications. They will also investigate emerging technologies, techniques, tools, and processes.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Philadelphia, PA facility.
Position Responsibilities:
Plans, designs, manages, and produces complex 2D and 3D virtual asset graphics, animations and interactive multimedia design solutions to be used in Unity and Unreal Game Engine.
Interprets, establishes, and oversees the compliance of multiple graphic projects.
Interfaces with others to provide design options and to recommend solutions.
Creates and maintains graphics tracking system.
Provides consultation on training graphic issues, technology and best solutions.
Works minimal supervision.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: 85,000 – 115,000
