Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Assembler B to join our team in Parsippany, NJ.

Position Responsibilities:

• Receiving, unpacking, inspecting, packaging and shipping duties.
• Understand induction and inspection of inbound customer products.
• Tagging, marking and prepping customer products for cleaning/inspection processing.
• General knowledge of mechanical dis-assembly and assembly practices.
• Cleaning, sandblasting and general clean up to ready parts for inspection.
• Use of general hand tools, power tools and torque wrenches.
• Use of computer systems for data entry and processing.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Entry level experience inspecting, repairing and testing of mechanical items and systems.
• Experience with general shop practices with safety and process controls.
• Basic knowledge in mechanical fields, parts and component identification.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• General knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques
• General knowledge of mechanical disassembly and assembly
• General knowledge of repair or other maintenance experience.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $50,100 - $67,850
