The Boeing Company is looking for a Systems Engineering Support Analyst to join our B-52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) team in Oklahoma City.
This is a high visibility role with technical assignments that directly support the Program’s top-level goals, initiatives, and challenges. The Systems Engineer Support Analyst will primarily focus on material and procurement integration across the program and provide support and guidance to a team representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and USAF customers.
You will coordinate material integration for product delivery, aircraft modification, ground, and flight test. You will have responsibility to coordinate with the Air Vehicle, Propulsion, Mission Systems, BT&E, Product Support, Aircraft Modification, Supply Chain, Production Control, and Operations teams. You provide analysis and integration solutions to complex problems to senior leadership for the development and execution of B-52J CERP. You will have opportunities to lead and collaborate with people from all over the world, to create and deliver innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
Position Responsibilities:
- Systems Engineering Support Analyst focused on Material Integration supporting the B-52J CERP
- Works as part of an integrated team alongside Air Vehicle, Propulsion, Mission Systems, BT&E, Product Support, Aircraft Modification, Supply Chain, Production Control, Operations, and other key organizations.
- Responsible for identifying and tracking risk, issues, and opportunities to close and coordinate with the various internal and external organizations and the customer.
- Responsible for providing parts analysis data to facilitate decision making on the program.
Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance post-start.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Career (Level 3) - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)
- Expert (Level 4) - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in risk, issue and opportunity management.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience performing analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing complex, integrated schedules/plans.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with CMPro and GOLDesp
- Experience working on B-52 or similar aerospace programs.
- Experience with leading project execution to complete the work statement is preferred
- Good communication skills and a self-starter that takes initiative without supervision
- Experience in a role requiring organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Mid-Level – Level 3): $92,650 - $125,350
Summary Pay Range (Senior-Level – level 4): $113,900 - $154,100
