BGS Bombers and Derivatives Maintenance Engineering team is seeking a senior product support integrator to lead maintenance engineering integration for programs supported in Oklahoma City. The candidate will be working as part of an integrated team providing support for product support analysis and technical publications and will report to the Boeing Global Services (BGS) engineering function. The position will be based in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the Oklahoma City, OK facility.
Position Responsibilities
Lead planning and technical Integration of the maintenance engineering data sources, schedule, deliverables and metrics.
Support multiple Statements of Work (SOWs) within Maintenance Engineering
Support the development of technical descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOE) for new business proposals
Lead integration planning efforts
Lead brown/green rooms to coordinate events for Engineering data interfaces
Leads local process/product improvement projects
Execution plan development/coordination
Monitor contract awards and ensure team awareness
Coordinates proposal inputs and ensures staffing needs are documented
Contract Deliverable Requirements tracking and reporting
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. S 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
10+ years’ project management experience
5+ years’ Government product/customer support experience
5+ years’ Earned Value Management experience
5+ years coordinating cross-functional work across Engineering functions.
Experience with project management scheduling software
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)
Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Experience with Maintenance Steering Committee Process (MSG-3)
Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through PMI
Experience working with technical data to include engineering drawings and specifications
Travel:
Occasional travel (10%) may be required in support of the program and customer.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: 87,000 – 155,000
