Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced-Level Service Technical Analyst to support the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) program in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position will support the AEW&C program as the service literature focal point responsible for collecting, reviewing and evaluating service literature, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and disposition changes to determine applicability to E-7A programs to fulfill the statement of work requirements. Candidates will be expected to reside in the local area. There may be some domestic and international travel encompassing some off-hour support required to engage with the customers and/or users directly.
The AEW&C Service Literature (SL) focal is responsible for conducting engineering review and disposition changes made by Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) and the FAA or manufacturer (Boeing, OEM) to the Green aircraft sections of Technical Publications for applicability to the E-7A programs. Additionally, the focal evaluates Boeing Commercial Airplane Service Literature and other sourced material to determine the applicability to the AEW&C customers and initiates VECTOR Product Notifications on all applicable BCA Service Literature. Reviews FAA/EASA and other regulatory authority Airworthiness Directives to identify if the information applies to the AEW&C fleet. The focal will be a member of a high performing, collaborative team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, excellent time-management, and interpersonal skills. This role is based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct engineering review and disposition changes made by Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), FAA or manufacturer (Boeing, OEM) including but not limited to Service Bulletins (SB), Service Letters (SL), FAA Airworthiness Directives (AD), EASA Airworthiness Directives (AD), CFM Service Bulletins, Structural Repair Manual (SRM), Tool Change Bulletins (TCB), Overhaul Manuals (OHMs) Component Maintenance & Overhaul Manuals (CMM), Tool Change Bulletins (TCL), Fleet Team Digest (FTD) articles and Overhaul Manuals (OHMs).
- Conduct engineering review and disposition changes for Airplane Flight Manuals (AFM) including Flight Planning & Performance Manuals (FPPM), Flight Crew Operations Manuals (FCOM), Flight Crew Training Manuals (FCTM), Flight Operations Technical Bulletins and Flight Operations Reviews.
- Conduct engineering review and disposition changes for maintenance manuals including the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual (FIM), Fault Reporting Manual (FRM), Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), Wiring Diagram Manual (WDM), Structural Repair Manual (SRM) and Non-Destructive Test Manual (NDT).
- Evaluate Boeing Commercial Airplane Service Literature to determine cross program applicability to the AEW&C customers.
- Initiate VECTOR Product Notifications and Publication Change Requests (PCR) on all applicable BCA, FAA, EASA and manufacturers’ (Boeing, OEM) Service Literature.
- Review FAA/EASA or other regulatory authority Airworthiness Directives to identify applicability to the AEW&C fleet.
- Review and coordinate deliverables with engineering and the Integrated Support Planning & Management (ISP&M) teams as applicable.
- Attend and conduct meetings to support these activities as required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience working with customers on aircraft service literature (Boeing, FAA, 3rd Party)
- 2+ years’ experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
- Willing & able to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ experience in aviation related and aircraft maintenance disciplines
- 1+ year of experience working Military derivatives from Commercial Platforms
- Experience with aircraft and related systems maintenance
- Experience interfacing with U.S. Government and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Associate-Level Summary Pay Range: $62,900 to 85,100
Experienced-Level Summary Pay Range: $74,800 to 101,200
