The B-52 Development SEIT organization is looking for a Senior Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Level 4) to oversee business performance and schedule metrics, emphasizing earned value and variance analysis. This role ensures the effective application of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) in compliance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet program objectives in alignment with Boeing’s standards and customer expectations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with EVMS policies and practices.
- Coordinate across multiple functions to support program objectives.
- Ensure proper on-time statusing with detailed, quantifiable backup data.
- Maintain accurate estimates to complete (ETC).
- Write and analyze variances to identify trends and issues.
- Manage financial risks and opportunities effectively.
- Develop change packages to address unplanned work.
- Monitor and report on cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics for assigned control accounts.
- Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), status reviews, and program audits.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives.
- Manage employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
- Establish Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and develop a PMBP improvement plan.
- Manage, develop, and motivate employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management.
- Experience with Program Management, including scheduling and Cost Account Manager (CAM) Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with U.S. Government customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience maintaining EVM on a complex development program.
- Experience working on B52 or similar aerospace programs.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Earned Value Management Professional (EVMP).
- Familiarity with government contracting and compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in the production, modification, and/or conversion of airplanes.
- Proficient experience using project management tools and best practices.
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects and initiatives to meet business goals.
- Experience in a role requiring organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects.
- SEIT statement of work familiarity

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $106,250 – 143,750
