Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Proposal Integrator to join their team in Oklahoma City to drive proposal development activities for MS&B training programs. This position will focus on pulling together the proposal inputs from the Government Training Engineering (GTE) teams that are responsible for the design, development, manufacture, maintenance of training devices, and courseware for a wide variety of military aircraft – notably airframes that support Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in leading the activities of proposal development. The successful candidate will also have the ability to leverage existing technologies, resolve cross-functional issues, and support projects from RFP to Baseline. Extensive familiarity with leading proposal development with GTE teams is preferred. This position involves frequent interaction with customer partners and suppliers and may require occasional travel to installation sites, suppliers, and other Boeing facilities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal development including the development and documentation of planned technical approach
- Ability to decompose Statement of Work (SOW) to determine capability impact
- Analyze customer request/change requests/customer issues and develop estimates and determine risks and alternative solutions
- Responsible for the documentation of the Engineering Basis of Estimate, Trade Studies, Request for Information (RFI) and Bill of Material (BOM’s) if required
- Identify and cultivate process improvements in the engineering proposal process, integration procedures and system design
- Lead Executability and Engineering Commitment reviews for proposal activities
- Participate in Customer and Supplier negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships/partnerships with the entire team including but not limited to the capability teams, program management, leadership teams and customers
- Serve as primary Engineering point of contact for proposal activities
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
- Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Experience working effectively and collaborating within a diverse engineering team in a hybrid work environment
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities to ensure they are completed accurately and efficiently
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Project)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Training Systems Engineering experience
- Experience with Engineering proposal generation
- Experience with project management, planning and cost estimating
- Willingness to expand into technical areas without prior experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $99,950 - $123,050
Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $111,350 - $150,650
