Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Mission Operations Support Specialist to join our team supporting the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) Flight Test Team located in Oklahoma City, OK.
This role will support lab, ground, and flight test activities in both domestic and international test locations. As a Mission Operations Support Specialist, the chosen candidate will plan and execute mission operations for command, control, communications, computing, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems. Configure the operational system and monitor system performance. Manage, control, and coordinate distributed resources and fixed ground assets. Support development and maintenance of operational procedures and tools to control the system.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Mission Operations Support Specialists.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Participates in activities to plan and execute mission operations for command, control, communications, computing, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems
- Configure operational systems and monitors system and subsystem performance. Develops and applies operational procedures, support requirements, checklists, and tools required to control and operate systems.
- Assists in system maintenance activities. Investigates and analyzes maintenance requirements, questions, and concerns
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only
- Experience in developmental, certification, or operational test environments (ground test, flight test, or integrated test campaigns)
- Experience as an E-3 AWACS flight crew member
- Willing and able to travel 30% of the time, both internationally and domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 3: 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with engineering teams, technical teams, or integrated product teams
- Experience with military, commercial, or derivative aircraft flight test programs
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and certification or verification approaches

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: Associate Level P2: $62,900 - $85,100
Summary Pay Range: Experienced Level P3: $74,800 - $101,200
