Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer Support Analyst in support of the Bombers Sustainment Systems Engineering, Integration & Testing (SEIT) organization in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position will support the B-52 Sustainment program and help coordinate the efforts to sustain the B-52 platform. The work will include project engineering support for multiple (5+) contracts for spares and other sustainment efforts. You will be the representative for engineering and interact with other disciplines including structures, program management, contracts, the end user / customer, finance, supplier management, and other personnel.
Position Responsibilities:
- Project Engineering / coordination for sustainment of B-52 platform.
- Lead the integration of technical, cost, value, risks, and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product.
- Understand current funding level, expenditures to date and planned expenditures to complete contract including knowing when to customer for additional funding.
- Create draft contract letters in coordination with other team members for submission to customers.
- Directly interact with customers to turn their priorities into contracted work.
- Understand data needs of customer and how to move those from customer need to Boeing deliverable.
- Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers, and suppliers to meet group, organization, and company objectives.
- Works under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of project management or leadership experience.
- 3+ years’ experience performing data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel (Chart making), PowerPoint.
- Experience presenting to leadership or a customer.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Active security clearance.
- Aerospace Industry Experience.
- Experience with Proposals and Risk Management.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $109,650 - $148,350
Oklahoma Tax Credit:
