Your Role & Impact:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support defense program execution by collaborating cross-functionally by providing financial insights to enhance decision making
- Analyze financial data to support forecasts and cost management
- Prepare performance reports and collaborate with teams to assess trends

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Currently possess a Bachelor’s degree or will have a Bachelor’s degree by August 2025
- Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in virtual and in-person settings
- Background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost performance reporting
- Experience with large data sets and tools (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Entry-Level (Level 1): $40,150 - $67,850
Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $60,350 - $81,650
