The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer Technician to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role will focus on supporting digital transformation initiatives across the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) division. The ideal candidate may engage in digital engineering, simulation, model-based development, and advanced visualization techniques, including 3D scanning and metrology, to enhance efficiency and innovation in our aerospace projects.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional capability teams to define and document system requirements, enhancing the division's understanding of best practices and tools necessary for effective requirement management throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of functional and logical architecture models, promoting knowledge sharing and training initiatives to improve team proficiency in system design and integration.
- Support physical design activities by identifying and developing training materials that enhance the team's capabilities in creating detailed design specifications and interface definitions.
- Facilitate the use of modeling and simulation tools by providing guidance and training to team members, helping to analyze system performance and validate design concepts effectively.
- Contribute to verification and validation efforts by developing training resources that empower team members to ensure systems meet defined requirements and performance criteria.
- Promote the implementation of model-based development practices by identifying knowledge gaps and assisting in the creation of training programs that enhance the team's digital toolset proficiency.
- Support the integration of 3D scanning and metrology techniques into digital engineering workflows by providing training and resources that increase the team's readiness to utilize these technologies effectively.
- Utilize 3D scanning and metrology techniques as needed to capture accurate geometric data of aircraft components, integrating this data into broader digital engineering workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital engineering and simulation technologies, sharing insights and facilitating training sessions to drive innovation and enhance the division's overall capabilities.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Associate’s degree, or equivalent level, in engineering or a related field.
- 2 or more years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with military and commercial aircraft scanning projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital engineering tool suites, simulation software, scanning technologies, and advanced visualization tools.
- Certification in metrology, digital engineering, or related fields is a plus.
Relocation:

Summary Pay Range: $49,300 – 66,700
