Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Industrial Engineer to join our MS&B Lab Engineering team in Oklahoma City.
This position will support a variety of engineering projects, including the B-52, E-7, AWACS, and International Head of State programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in industrial engineering principles and a passion for contributing to innovative aerospace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all MS&B Lab Engineering projects.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system integration lab builds, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Analyze and optimize engineering processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the lab environment.
- Utilize Aurora software for project management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on engineering solutions for various platforms.
- Support the development of documentation and technical reports related to lab projects.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 2 or more years of related experience
- Relevant internship or co-op experience in an engineering environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with the B-52 platform and its operational requirements.
- Experience in planning and executing system integration lab builds.
- Proficiency in using Aurora for project management and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Summary Pay Range:
Associate: $67,150 – 90,850
