About the Role
Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a dynamic Program Integration Manager (PIM) to lead and integrate all aspects of the Republic of Singapore Airforce (RSAF) CH-47F Maintenance and Logistics Support Services (MLSS) sustainment contract.
This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to manage cross-disciplinary teams, engage with international partners, and drive the program's successful delivery in a complex and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and motivate a large, multifaceted workforce including direct and first-level managers across maintenance, logistics, supply chain, and engineering disciplines.
- Own and execute integrated program plans covering all phases from operational support to continuous improvement.
- Manage resources including people, materials, and external suppliers to deliver sustainable fleet readiness.
- Build and maintain cross-organizational stakeholder relationships with RSAF, Boeing global teams, and suppliers.
- Make informed, strategic decisions leveraging data analysis to mitigate risk and optimize contract performance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership and management experience in aerospace or defense sustainment, ideally within military aviation.
- Deep understanding of project management principles including schedule, scope, risk, and resource management.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated operational and business strategies within a matrix organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration with diverse customers, teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of digital tools like ERP
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and security clearance eligibility required.
