The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented, motivated and professional individual with experience in a Part 145 Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services team. You will be joining the world class EC135 Helicopter Aircrew Training System located at HMAS Albatross, Nowra, New South Wales.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the scheduling and management of EC-135 Maintenance activities as well as supporting the management of aircraft technical documentation.
The successful candidate will ideally possess knowledge and understanding of Defence rotary wing environmental structure and capability.

Responsibilities:
- Functions and tasks as allocated by the Fleet Planning Lead and Maintenance Services Manager - including but not limited to:
- Base Maintenance work package development and processing
- Long, Medium and Short-Term Planning
- Reporting to key stakeholders
- Process maintenance requirements, component and aircraft counters
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Planning Team Lead and key stake holders to integrate efforts and deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Develop Maintenance Schedules: Ensuring maintenance staggers meet short, medium and long-term flying program needs.
- Uphold Standards: Ensure adherence to Boeing policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Respond to and manage deficiencies resulting from safety and quality compliance audits
- Liaise with multiple departments across the program including Boeing and Defence personnel
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, aviation experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with maintenance management systems (cMRO an advantage or CAMM2).
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance data management.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication with co-workers.
- Proven initiative and effective task prioritisation under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Experience working in a safety critical environment.
Security Clearance
You will be required to successfully undergo the vetting process for a Government security clearance (Baseline) sponsored by BDA. Therefore, you must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information and must have the ability to verify your background for whole of life i.e. birth to present time.
