Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Manufacturing is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Staff Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to support our 787 Final Assembly team in North Charleston, South Carolina.
This position will require someone that thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will fulfill a broad range of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often. The ability to adapt to and embrace a dynamic work environment is paramount to being a successful Staff Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, manage, and verify compliance of process and product baselines for complex products
Lead staffing and headcount initiatives, preparing for production rate changes
Serve as the primary staffing demand planning focal
Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership team, including senior and first-line managers
Develop presentation materials and offer meeting support for daily tier meetings
Manage meeting agendas, document minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
Support the Team in organizing recognition events, including employee of the quarter awards, morale-building activities, cash awards, and recognition lunches
Oversee server access requests and general maintenance tasks
Manage distribution lists for the Team
Collaborate with other Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) staffing focals on staffing initiatives
Assist in managing and ordering supplies
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and conditions
Work with sensitive information and safeguard confidential information
Use various software, tools and system applications to manage, collect, and interpret data
Use knowledge of techniques to identify & enhance team capabilities, best practices, resources, and constraints to provide effective support
Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors for the team
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Experience with cross-functional communication and performance reporting
Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver plans
5+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience tracking and reporting financial plans (risks, staffing/headcount, etc.)
Critical thinking, project coordination, and organizational skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Level 3: $78,200 - $105,800
Summary pay range Level 4: $97,750 - $132,250
