The Boeing Company’s Engineering Design Center is looking for a Staff Analyst to support the Functional Excellence team including KEYS Rotational opportunities, Best Team and Talent initiatives, and Training and Development in North Charleston, South Carolina. This position will be responsible for planning and executing actions required to successfully implement these efforts for the BSC engineering community.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collects and assembles data from multiple sources.
- Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
- Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events.
- Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials.
- Gathers customer requirements for projects.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan.
- Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.
- Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.
- Provides status reports.
- Maintains and tracks training requirements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- 1 or more years' of experience in a Staff Analyst or similar role.
- 1 or more years' experience in Project Management/ portfolio management.
- 1 ore more years' experience using basic Microsoft Suite.
- 1 or more years' experience in Data Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Experience with server management, SharePoint, and distribution lists
- Experience with planning agendas and facilitating meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Typical Education/experience:
Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
