BCA Structures Engineering is currently seeking a Senior 787 Airframe Senior Manager (Level L) to join the team in North Charleston, SC. This position reports to the Director & Chief Engineer of 787 Airframe.

Position Responsibilities:
- Ensures product, technical integration, process compliance and regulatory standards for 787 Airframe. 
- Manages employees and first-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Mechanical & Structural Engineering. 
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical oversight of partners and leads process improvements. 
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. 
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers. 
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 
- 5+ years of experience in structural engineering 
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams 
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to completion.

- Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges. 
- Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement. 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to all stakeholders. 
- Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $125,000 - $223,000
