Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Leader (Level L) in Final Assembly supporting the 787 Program in North Charleston, South Carolina.
This role leads a Fulfillment team responsible for delivering quality parts, tools, materials and services to 787 Operations just in time. You will resource the team for success, develop managers & employees into better leaders, and raise team's level of proficiency as it relates to the production system and supply chain processes. This also involves effectively communicating and providing visibility of overall company goals, along with critical day-to-day business goals.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across more than one area in Fulfillment and Supply Chain
Develops and executes integrated organizational strategies, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical and operational management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports through Seek, Speak, and Listen
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes to drive First Pass Quality/Safety of Product and People
Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers for individual and team development
Assists with driving Boeing's Production System (BPS) transformation
Learns and exhibits Boeing Behaviors and Values
Possesses & influences a mindset of People First, Safety, Quality & Excellence
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management
5+ years of experience leading and influencing managers/non-managers to meet organizational goals
5+ years of experience in a leadership role
5+ years of experience working with ERP systems
3+ years of experience conducting data, trend and/or forecasting analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing
5+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
5+ years of experience developing and leading business strategy
Cross functional collaboration & stakeholder management skills with executive level communication experience
Experience with systematic problem solving & root cause analysis
Shift:
This is a first shift position but must be willing to spend time on second and third shifts to support teammates across all shifts.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $137,700 - $168,300
