Boeing Commercial Airplanes Business Operations is seeking a Project Management Specialist – Change Coordinator level 3 or 4 to join our dynamic team in North Charleston, SC or Everett, WA. Successful candidates will have an understanding of change management, building and managing schedules and coordination with cross functional groups to support 787 Customer Intros. You will have the opportunity to manage critical projects, scheduling, integration & collaborate with various cross-functional teams to include design engineering, supplier management, finance, business operations and manufacturing.
Position Responsibilities:
- Works with others to integrate product/process change requirements and document changes in change incorporation plans
- Leads change management effort cross functionally to meet program needs
- Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
- Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
- Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
- Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers
- Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ year experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
- Experience with planning and scheduling, Change Management and Compliance & Visibility tools
- Experience using OPP, ECAS IBEX, ETAC, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with BCA Business Operations Processes or applications
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating leadership for driving issue resolution and mitigating technical risk
- 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings & presenting to senior leadership
- Experience working on airplane programs or supporting the production system
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
- Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, to include managing multiple priorities

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 3 Summary Pay Range for North Charleston: $87,550 - $118,450
Level 3 Summary Pay Range for Everett: $93,500 - $126,500
Level 4 Summary Pay Range for North Charleston: $107,950 - $146,050
Level 4 Summary Pay Range for Everett: $115,600 - $156,050
