Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Procurement Analyst to support the 787 Integration Team based out of N. Charleston, South Carolina.
Successful candidates will have effective communication with stakeholders including executive leadership. The procurement analyst will have a project management mindset and a willingness to assist throughout the business. We want team players with excellent presentation and analytical skills!
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
- Designs, extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
- Determines and reports compliance to internal/external requirements.
- Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.
- Leads cross-functional process management activities.
- Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.
- Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.
- Develops, analyzes and maintains processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience leading projects
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
- 3+ years of experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized work
- Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience interfacing directly with suppliers
- Experience with Cognos, Velocity, Order Manager, ERPLN, Tableau
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across business units
- Experience establishing relationships and strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors
- Experience with rate and capacity processes

Summary pay range (Experienced): 93,000 – 110,000
