The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is currently seeking an Information Technology Project Manager (Senior or Lead) to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Berkeley, MO; Everett, WA; or Seattle, WA.
As the Program Integration Lead, you will support IDT&S Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities and lead IT integration activities between major organizations.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead integration activities across major functions (Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality (M&Q), Infrastructure and Operations (I&O), Boeing Enterprise Security (BES), etc.)
Develop a multi-year technical integration roadmap that aligns Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) IT Architecture with business and program needs
Serve as liaison between BCA Digital Transformation program and Spirit to enable business continuity
Enhance relationships between Spirit and Boeing functions throughout integration activities
Report progress to plan on major integration activities across functions
Maintain risk, issues and opportunities (RIO) reporting
Develop and manages complex, enterprise-wide IT project plans and deliverables
Lead activities to determine project scope, schedule, and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle
Manage the incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects
Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and negotiate necessary resources to meet project goals
Provide analysis and recommendations on resource allocation
Provide leadership and guidance on the development of project communication plans
Lead activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
Identify the need for vendor-provided products and services for complex, enterprise-wide projects
Coordinate and oversee supplier activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience developing and managing integrated schedules for complex technical projects and/or products
5+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations
5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree in a technical field
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Senior: $117,300 – $170,200
Summary pay range for Lead: $140,250 – $203,550
