Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben als Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d) bei Boeing:
Du übernimmst die Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst für den Verkauf von Verbrauchsmaterialien für die Luftfahrtindustrie.
Du betreust einen internationalen Kundenstamm vom Auftragseingang bis zur Zahlung und stellst die Erfüllung der vereinbarten Leistungen sicher.
Du verantwortest die Auftragsbearbeitung und -administration inkl. der regelmäßigen Terminüberwachung in täglicher Abstimmung mit der Materialwirtschaft und den Versandabteilungen zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Auslieferungen.
Du kommunizierst regelmäßig mit deinen Kunden zum Status seiner Bestellungen und koordinierst mögliche Änderungen.
Die Überwachung von Rücksendungen und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen rundet dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
Mindestanforderungen:
Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst im Bereich Luftfahrt und/oder Groß- & Außenhandel.
Gute, praxiserprobte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen & Skills:
Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP oder anderen ERP Systemen wären wünschenswert.
Einen routinierten Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket, insb. Excel.
Freude am täglichen Kundenkontakt und am selbstständigen Arbeiten.

To strengthen our Performance & Execution team, we are looking for a permanent employee to start as soon as possible at our Norderstedt site (Hamburg metropolitan area).
Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) at Boeing:
You will be responsible for internal customer support for the sale of consumables for the aviation industry.
You will look after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensure that the agreed services are fulfilled.
You will be responsible for order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with materials management and the shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
You will communicate regularly with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes.
Monitoring returns and processing complaints rounds off your area of responsibility.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship.
2+ years of professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale & foreign trade sector.
Good, proven written and spoken English skills.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Initial experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be desirable.
Proficiency with the MS Office package, especially Excel.
Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working independently.
