Boeing HR Operations is seeking a Senior Strategy and Integration Specialist to join our Business Integration team. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to support the director of HR Services to execute on a variety of projects and drive overall business integration across HR Operations.
HR Operations supports employees, retirees, and their families around the world through the delivery of common and integrated Worklife, Health, Benefits, Life Events, and Data Management solutions.
This position will be based out of Mesa, AZ; Chicago, IL; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; or Auburn, WA; and will be onsite to support customer requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Delivers outcomes while working in a dynamic, fast paced, high visibility, and ambiguous environment.
- Serves as a thought partner to the director of HR Services.
- Guides and facilitates the development, implementation, and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals.
- Assists the senior director’s chief of staff on initiatives to advance HR Operations priorities.
- Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill organizational strategies and priorities.
- Facilitates the establishment and administration of an overall management system architecture by utilizing the Program Management Best Practices.
- Utilizes the management systems and processes to provide status information on commitments and performance to plan.
- Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
- Represents executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy, performance, and direction.
- Assists in task management and provides expert business advice.
- Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced teammates.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working with senior and executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment
- 5+ years of experience in written and oral communication, building relationships, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- 5+ years of experience leading projects
- 3+ years of experience with developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 3+ years of experience in interpreting information/data and presenting analysis and recommendations
- 3+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics
- 3+ years of experience working with confidential information and a high level of discretion
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience being proactive in anticipating others’ needs
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $107,950 - $170,000
Summary pay range Senior (Level 5): $132,600 - $208,750
