Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join the Global Logistics Warehousing team. This key role involves collaborating closely with Production Control and Materials Management (PCMM) to enhance operations and drive the future optimization of Supply Chain processes. The position is available in Mesa, AZ; Everett, WA; or Renton, WA.
As a Level 4 Business Process Analyst, you will act as a vital liaison among various internal teams—including PCMM, Indirect Supply Chain (ISC), Finance, leadership, and other stakeholders within BDS PCMM warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to design and implement warehousing initiatives. A strong background in Supply Chain management, 3PL service providers, warehousing best practices, and system integrations is highly preferred. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, deploying warehousing solutions, recommending operational improvements, and partnering with business teams on benchmarking studies and business case development.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads Identification, analysis, development and implementation of best practices, processes and procedures for Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Leads integrated process design teams by aligning PC/MM and SCM plans and strategies to deliver optimal solutions
- Leads cross-functional teams in the adoption and deployment of new tools and techniques
- Leads risk identification assessments and develops effective countermeasures to drive successful corrective and preventive solutions and implementation
- Develops executive level reporting methods to visualize performance across Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost and presents analysis to senior level management
- Consults, integrates, and improves the existing enterprise business architecture
- Develops materials management business cases, including estimates and schedules, to support strategic business initiatives and proposals
- Conducts material requirements analysis to determine appropriate attributes and optimize material flow behavior
- Ensures business proposals and solutions adhere to architectural compliance and strategic business objectives
- Leads teams who are responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing and monitoring sustainment of improvements
- Skilled knowledge of warehouse and 3PL operations is essential for success in this role
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate business goals and expectations, including facilitating effective meetings and presentation
- Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities, and adapt seamlessly to changing demands
- Proficient in managing stakeholder engagement by cultivating strong relationships and building trust
- Works under minimal direction
This position is 100% onsite. The chosen candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- At least 3 years of experience in warehousing operations (or similar)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and lean process principles
- Proficient in data analysis
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business partners, colleagues, and leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Advanced experience with Supply Chain systems integrations and warehousing technology solutions
- Background working with third-party logistics (3PL) service providers in a collaborative environment
- Proven track record of leading risk management initiatives and implementing effective countermeasures
- Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations and reports to senior leadership
- Experience working in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Travel:
This position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
$112,200 - $162,150
