Boeing Global Services is looking for a AH-64 MRO Process/Product Inspector to join the growing team in Mesa, AZ.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul.
Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).
Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
Oversees training. Works under general direction.
Responsible for inspecting products and documenting potential non-conformances while evaluating parts for processing.
Collaborate with disassembly, repair, assembly, and test teams to ensure the production of high-quality products.
Coordinate with engineering, materials management, and production control, while leading root cause corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
Perform Preliminary Release dispositions, oversee personnel training, and manage daily scheduled deliveries and task assignments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancement in production processes such as corrosion identification and innovating repair techniques.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience with commercial/military aircraft inspection and/or maintenance
Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a cross functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on AH-64 platform

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $66,300 - $89,700
