Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product & Service Quality Manager to support the MQ-25 Stingray Quality Team in Mascoutah, IL and Berkeley, MO!
This position will be a first line manager supporting at , managing the inspection team, working cross functional support s on the production floor assembly support manufacturing environment.
This position will require the ability to work at either the Berkeley, MO or Mascoutah, IL Sites on variable shifts which may include working days, nights, weekends and/or holidays depending on business conditions.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services, and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and regulations.
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
Acquires and manages resources for a team that leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Develop and present briefs with customers, and stakeholders.
Must be able to work variable shifts, shift will be determined at the time of the offer.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience using Systematic Problem Solving
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Engineering or STEM, preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and teaming skills

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time

Summary pay range: $108,000 – $127,000

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
