Boeing Global Talent Acquisition is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support Boeing Defense, Safety and Security (BDS) Engineering Leaders! This role can be based in any of the following locations: El Segundo, CA; North Charleston, SC; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Oklahoma City, OK or Arlington, VA.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team of geographically dispersed full lifecycle recruiters
Manage the design, implementation and administration of policies, processes, and tools to support Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, job posting, selection and placement
Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Develop and implement innovative and proactive Talent Acquisition plans and strategies
Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team
Partner with key stakeholders to pro-actively understand workforce planning and forecasting activities
Establish strong relationships across the business, providing strategic guidance and making recommendations to leaders to enhance the acquisition of talent through data driven insights and market research
Seek continuous improvement to candidate, hiring leader and recruiter experiences as well as the hiring process and the way we work
Set high expectations for team performance and ensure exceptional candidate and customer experience
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
1+ years of experience developing/implementing strategic plans, delivering on commitments and results
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active US Security Clearance
5+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
1+ years of experience with Workday
1+ years of experience working with Tableau
1+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition for a large, multi-national corporation
Experience sourcing and acquiring cleared talent
Experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition
Experience partnering with third party vendors to support an internal recruiting team
Experience driving innovation and process improvements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $102,000 - $173,000
