The Boeing Company is currently seeking a solution driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Engineering Test & Technology Human Resources - Boeing Global Services Engineering Human Resources team. This position will be in Long Beach, California.
This role will be directly partnered with the BGS Engineering Vice President for Commercial Modifications and will have day-to-day HR support for the capabilities team. This position is ideal for someone who has HR experience understanding, developing, and deploying HR strategies that will allow the business to be successful now and into the future. In addition this role will act as the HR site lead for our Long Beach facility.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead Commercial Modifications staffing in coordination with BGS Engineering HR Workforce local
- Responsible for deploying employee movement playbook for Commercial Mods talent in international locations
- Lead the deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- Proactively addresses issues and makes necessary changes to mitigate organizational risk
- Influence HR process definition and integration
- Consult with management on leadership selection and succession planning
- Counsel leaders on overall culture/employee engagement strategy
- Provide input to the development of organizational plans, vision, mission, goals and objectives
- Implement and coordinates strategies, policies and practices for HR resource functions
- Direct the roll-out of HR programs
- Lead or conduct sensitive employee investigations
- Oversee employee investigations and communicates investigation results
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at our Long Beach, CA location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
- 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Human Resources certification
- 3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
- Experience in project management across a large team with stakeholders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $137,700 - $186,300
