The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization has a unique and exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join the Supplier Management team located in Long Beach, CA. The successful candidate will lead Supplier Management Operations and Strategy for aftermarket goods and services in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a structured operating rhythm for the organization, including regular meetings, reporting schedules, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with leadership to set performance goals, define key performance indicators, and hold teams accountable for achieving targets, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency
Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies by providing insight and recommendations based on cross-functional collaboration and data analysis
Conduct data analysis and visualization to identify trends, measure performance and support decision-making processes
Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities to ensure delivery, quality, and financial stability
Communicate and engage with stakeholders to ensure that program and customer strategies are integrated into supplier management operations
Collaborate across functions, programs, and suppliers to effectively manage risks, issues and opportunities
Lead special projects that align with strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results while managing project scope and resources
Identify and drive initiatives aimed at improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering culture of continuous improvement
Coach, mentor, and train junior team members
Possess complete understanding, ability, and knowledge to act independently when working routine problems or situations; Possess complete knowledge of company and local policies, procedures and regulations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Operations Management
Strong understanding of business processes and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels
Experience in leading teams and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
Proficiency in ERPLN Procurement System
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing changes in work tasks or the work environment
Typical Education and/or Experience:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: 90,950 - 123,050
