Lead or support issues, reputational and crisis communications response in coordination with global teams and local compliance functions.
Manage regional content governance and brand consistency: messaging frameworks, approval workflows, templates, tone/voice guidance and localisation practices for outputs across the three businesses.
Measure and report communications effectiveness across channels and markets (engagement metrics, pulse surveys, dashboards) and use insights to iterate on strategy.
Act as a regular advisor to the Head of Communications, providing status updates, recommendations, and input to regional stakeholder engagement and executive priorities.
