Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Propulsion Systems Kent Parts & Supply Chain team in Kent, WA.
Successful candidates will collaborate with a team of experienced Supply Chain Management Analysts to plan and oversee the delivery of propulsion system components installed on engines, struts, and APUs across the 737, 767, and 777 programs. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ample opportunities to engage cross-functionally, drive problem-solving initiatives, and contribute meaningfully to the success of Boeing’s commercial airplane programs.
Our team is currently hiring an Associate (Level 2) Supply Chain Management Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
 - Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
 - Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.
 - Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.
 - Coordinates part number attributes.
 - Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.
 - Releases and maintains orders.
 - Documents and resolves order delinquencies.
 - Reports schedule adherence issues.
 - Applies developed solutions to inventory plans.
 - Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories.
 - Creates schedules for products and services.
 - Coordinates and supports process improvements.
 - Works under general supervision.
 
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
 - 3+ years of experience in supporting operations, materials management and/or supply chain functions in production environment
 - 3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
 - 3+ years of experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
 - 3+ years of proficient experience with all Microsoft Office suite applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
 - Domestic and international travel as needed
 
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
 - 3+ years of experience in managing projects
 - 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
 - 3+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects
 - 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

Summary pay range (Level 2): $ 77,400 - $ 89,900
