You’ll drive transparency with metrics and program boards, identify and escalate RIOs (Risks, Issues, Opportunities) through scrum of scrums and program cadences, and help the team continuously improve CI/CD and testing. Your work will be visible, mission-critical, and continually evolving — we move fast, adopt new tech, and count on nimble engineers to make big things reliable.
