Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Quality Engineer (Associate) to support the Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) team in Boeing Jacksonville, FL.
This position will be directly supporting the Core Quality and Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) team. Boeing Jacksonville is a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility that supports commercial and defense customers with a broad range of aircraft services. The site combines Boeing engineering and technical expertise with hands‑on maintenance capabilities to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient support for aircraft fleets..
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Research and interpret contractual, regulatory, and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals, program processes, and documentation.
- Develop portions of quality metrics and certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze supplier capability assessments and support supplier selection activities based on quality and process capability.
- Participate in design and program reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
- Perform data analysis to verify manufacturing and test readiness and identify gaps.
- Review and disposition material non-conformances, providing formal recommendations as required.
- Analyze non-conformance trends to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Compile performance reports and statistical data to demonstrate and monitor process capability levels.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and records to support audits, certifications, and program reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Escalate complex or unresolved quality issues to leadership and support corrective action implementation.
- Work under general supervision, managing assigned tasks independently and seeking guidance on complex matters.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
- Proficient in common computer operating systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or mathematics.
- Ability to travel domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)
- 3+ years of quality or related experience
- MRO program experience

Summary pay range: $73,100 - $98,900/Annually
