Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join the Site Integration & Affordability team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment across site capacity and affordability initiatives, supporting site transformation, and enhancing operational excellence in manufacturing, repair, and overhaul functions. This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills across leadership levels, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. Position is located in Jacksonville, FL.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
Collaborate cross-functionally across programs and business units to achieve project success.
Lead and manage complex project schedules, integrated plans, and change activities in accordance with industry standards.
Analyze data to support organizational strategies
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks
Oversee work movements and site-level projects
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management
Develops and facilitates executive level briefings
Manage agenda and facilitate integrated meetings
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
3+ years experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
3+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills.
Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
5+ years of experience in partnering with all key functions in an integrator/lead role
Able to work independently without high levels of supervision (self-motivated)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $94,350 – $127,650
