Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Irving, TX.
The Repair Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining all open repair orders related to lease and exchange equipment. This includes overseeing the entire repair process—from order initiation through completion—ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The role requires close coordination with suppliers to monitor lead times and expedite repairs when necessary to optimize turnaround times.
In addition to day-to-day repair order management, the Repair Account Manager will maintain and supply key performance metrics for the monthly Business Performance Review (BPR), providing insights into repair cycle times, supplier performance, and overall process efficiency. This role also involves working collaboratively across teams, particularly with Supplier Management (SM), to stay aligned on contract pricing and ensure repair activities support business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in repair operations. Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint is required, along with excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate data and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Aerospace industry knowledge and understanding of related repair and maintenance processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.
- Background in continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $86,700 - $117,300
