Test and Evaluation - Flight Test Integrator
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As a Flight Test (FT) Integrator at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will be responsible for the planning, integration, execution, and reporting of Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) activities for Flight Test events per the MDA Integrated Test Plan, Industry GMD Test Plan, and MDS Flight Test CONOPS. In this role, you will conduct Flight Test Integration and engineering support as a member of the GMD System Test Evaluation (ST&E) Team. Efforts will include general support to the System Flight Test Manager, conduct of FT scrum meetings, development and maintenance of required test documentation, generation of Integrated Event Team meeting content, and engineering support for Flight Test Infrastructure Systems. The specific tasks associated with this position are:
- Support the Flight Test manager through the planning, integration, execution, and analysis of Flight Test Campaigns.
- Travel with test team and perform System Test Integrator functions [generate Test Information Sheets (TIS) and Positive Access Control (PAC) sheets, interface with Operations through the GMD Mission Operations Center (GMOC) to coordinate asset availability, other coordination and integration efforts).
- Execute the Engineering Life Cycle for the HW refresh, maintenance, and upgrade of flight test infrastructure.
- Develop simple test procedures for test infrastructure and define instrumentation and configuration needed to perform the test and minimize risk.
- Support Digital Engineering and Agile efforts through the buildup of GitLab and conduct of Flight Test Scrums.
- Cross train with other members of System Test (Cyber and Ground).
- Openly communicate and collaborate across engineering and non-engineering functions.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and systems.
- The ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and sustainment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of time, including to government facilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the Ballistic Missile Defense System, Ground-based Midcourse Defense program and/or the Missile Defense Agency.
- Experience conducting System Level Testing, troubleshooting, and developing simple test procedures.
- Experience with operating in an Agile environment, conducting scrums, and utilizing GitLab or other Agile tools.
- Familiarity with Network Design and Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge of Test Equipment and Instrumentation.
- Experience using AutoCAD.
- Experience interfacing with the customer and collaborating with stakeholders.
Telework/Remote Availability: Telework/Remote work currently not authorized; 100% on-site expected

Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$66,000 - $118,000
