This position will directly support the Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) program portfolio, to include the Boeing Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC-3) Seeker, recently voted the “coolest thing made in Alabama for 2025”. Supported programs encompass concurrent design, test and manufacturing engineering techniques as new upgrades to complex electro-mechanical assemblies are incorporated into production. This long-term program is rapidly growing in Huntsville due to design updates, production growth, and Boeing facilities investments.
Boeing Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) is looking for an Entry-level MP&P Technical Analyst based out of Huntsville, AL
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs inspections of circuit cards to ensure that all technical requirements are met using a variety of tools and methods, primarily optical instruments like microscopy.
- Evaluates parts, materials, processes, technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability and adherence to requirements and specifications.
- Analyzes failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures
- Participate in groups focused on test plan creation, can identify and categorize failures, assist in determining root cause, and documenting results and recommendations via data and report generation.
- Communicates proposals intended to develop and validate revisions to procedures and specifications
- Aid in determining suitability of parts, materials and processes
- Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by designing, developing, fabricating, testing, evaluating and implementing new concepts and technology
- Provides knowledge and technical consultation to internal and external customers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location above.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with failure analysis (performing or review)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
- Associate Degree or apprenticeship in electrical or circuit card manufacturing
- Experience working in a laboratory environment
- Experience leading analytics, research, testing and optimization efforts
- Experience in Project Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Typical Education/Experience: (Level 1)
Level 1: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years' related work experience).

Summary pay range:
Level 1: $ 42,500-57,500
