Position Responsibilities:
- Supports the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.
- Contributes to defining production activities and resolves problems of limited scope.
- Supports the investigation of product defects and production inefficiencies and contributes to the development of solutions to reduce/mitigate.
- Supports the review and approval of technical documents.
- Analyzes charging trends and supports the development of projected staffing forecast.
- Assists with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
- Contributes to projects and participates in research on proposed projects.
- Supports translating data into an actionable plan for implementation within the organization.
- Compiles and assists with providing management status reports for corrective/preventative action.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years’ experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes
- 1+ years' experience analyzing changing trends and developing projected workforce allocation
- 1+ years' experience translating data into an actionable plans for implementation within the organization
- Experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and the ability to learn in-house systems
- Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills with leadership and colleagues in an operations environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience working with or supporting military and/or defense products
- Ability to work any shift
Shift:
This position will be part of a variable shift assignment based on needs. Selected candidates may work a 4x10’s or 3x12’s weekend schedule when available. Final schedule determination will occur after hire but discussed during the hiring process.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $62,050 – $83,950 USD
