Boeing Defense, Space and Security is seeking two experienced Systems Engineer (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team based in Herndon, VA.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and define system architectures to meet program requirements
Analyze requirements and support system design, integration and test
Collaborate with teams to ensure system performance and compliance
Prepare system documentation and participate in technical reviews
Support test planning and risk assessments
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a CI polygraph. U.S. Citizenship is required to hold this clearance
Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering best practices, including requirements management, architecture development, functional allocation, verification, and validation
Proficiency in SysML modeling
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in software systems engineering and familiarity with the software development lifecycle
Prior experience working within Agile teams
Hands-on experience with Cameo or Catia Magic Systems of Systems Architect tools
Active CI polygraph clearance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate: $87,550.00 - $118,450.00
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $104,550.00 - $141,450.00
Summary pay range for Senior: $128,350.00 - $173,650.00
