Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) / Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) seeks an Audio/Visual Programmer Analyst to join our team in the National Capital Region to support direct work on high visibility projects with oversight and direct responsibility for successful support to our customers and users. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in A/V programming and architecture, particularly with Crestron equipment and environments.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test high performance AV solutions for government customers.
- Generate custom audiovisual system designs using Crestron technologies
- Support customer stakeholder meetings to collect and document or validate system requirements. Research, identify, and recommend technology options to solve customer problems.
- Support onsite deployment of AV systems and system configuration phases. Coordinate with customer facilities teams and other onsite sub-contractors and vendors during systems installation as required.
- Support the development of end-user training materials and operations & maintenance plans.
- Perform in-house testing and on-site commissioning at client locations.
- Develop expertise in the industry through continuing training, certifications, and review of trade publications.
This position requires an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Years of related experience: 1+ for level 2, 3+ for level 3, 5+ for level 4.
- Proven capability programming for Crestron systems.
- Experience with modern programming and scripting languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, Visual Basic.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience translating customer requirements into hardware designs.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Knowledge of software systems configuration.
- Crestron or other AV industry equivalent certifications.
- Experience working with local and remote teams.
- Experience interfacing directly with high level and working level customers and users.
- Experience working across multiple development teams to identify and prioritize support needs.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
Level 2: $78,200 to $105,800
Level 3: $100,300 to $135,700
Level 4: $121,500 to $164,450
