We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist EMEA (m/f/d) to join our HR team at our Norderstedt and Henstedt-Ulzburg locations (in the Hamburg metropolitan area) as soon as possible on a permanent contract.
In this position, you will report to the HR Manager EMEAI and be part of an international team in EMEA, APAC and the USA.
Your responsibilities as HR Generalist EMEA (m/f/d) at Boeing:
You will support our apprentices with dedication and structure – from contracts to exams.
You will coordinate, organise and further develop our training concept.
You will be responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of occupational health management measures.
You will analyse health data and derive appropriate intervention measures.
You will provide our managers with comprehensive and preventive advice on health-related topics.
You will accompany health care discussions (BEM) together with relevant stakeholders for our employees.
You will maintain close contact with external and internal partners (occupational safety specialist, company doctor, health insurance companies, works council, etc.).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
You already have experience or certifications in the areas of BGM from at least one previous role or professional development, particularly in conducting discussions, conflict resolution or case management.
You have a degree in health management, communications management, business psychology, business administration or a comparable field.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Ideally, you have coaching and 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Ideally, you have an instructor certificate (Ausbildereignungsschein).
You are familiar with the relevant legal principles (e.g. ArbSchG, SGB V, BEM).
Your German and English skills are on at least a conversational level.
You are characterised by excellent communication and teamwork skills, a structured approach to work and a high level of self-motivation.
