Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Planner & Scheduler (Entry Level or Associate) to join the Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) team in Heath, OH!
The successful candidate prepares, develops, and coordinates integrated schedules and schedule related products to meet program and/or project requirements. In summary, the successful candidate will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders in the development of integration master schedules. The successful candidate will also be a detail-oriented, self-starter who is able to meet requirements and execute with little direction in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
- Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
- Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
- Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
- Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent tools), with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data in Excel
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applications
- Experience with scheduling work packages (i.e. BRAIDS, etc.)

Summary pay range:
Entry Level: $56,950 - $77,050
Associate: $68,850 - $93,150
