The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior SAP Architect to join the team in Dallas, TX; Irving, TX; Long Beach, CA; Miami, FL; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Ridley Park, PA; Seattle, WA; or Tukwila, WA.
The SAP Architect will have exceptional Architectural skills as this position will focus on working directly with the Global distributed teams of Functional Analysts, Developers, and Business partners to drive data management strategy for master data. You will be working with various systems like SAP Eco-system which will include SAP S/4, Master Data Governance (MDG), and Global Trade Controls (GTS) across all business units within Boeing.
The Architect will also collaborate with others to identify, evaluate, and document complex computing requirements. You will be working close with Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain (SC), Center of Excellence (COE), and Master data strategy. Finally, you will guide, design, build, and test MDG processes, and will provide technical leadership for utilizing industry standards and SAP best practices.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborates with SC Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team members
Generates ideas and improves the organization’s product maturity, service architecture, and solution delivery
Leads the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-wide master data governance solutions
Serves as the solutioning lead for SAP MDG across multiple projects, defining and enforcing architectural standards
Defines and drives the enterprise Master data strategy, aligning with business and IT objectives
Designs and reviews solutions across all MDG data domains, including Material, Customer, Supplier, and Finance
Guides both functional and technical teams throughout the full implementation lifecycle
Reviews and provides feedback on Functional Design Documents, Configuration Rational Documents and other key deliverables
Brings hands-on experience from multiple SAP MDG implementations, with a strong focus on data model design and governance workflows
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including data migration, business process owners, and enterprise architects
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the SAP MDG framework, including data modeling, validations, and derivations
Mentors teams on the MDG consolidation process and strategies for handling high volume data harmonization
Provides architecture and solution design for data replication to SAP and non-SAP systems using DRF integration tools
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience as an Architect working with SAP
Experience working with a large SAP conversion project
Experience working with Master Data Management
Experience working with the SAP Eco system including SAP S4, MDG, GTS etc.
Experience with designing, implementing, and executing data transformation/conversion projects to S/4 HANA environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with SQL and ETL tools
Experience with SAP S/4HANA & MDG data models
Experience with SAP Activate Methodology
Experience with Data Management Principles and Master Data

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $177,100
