Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Information Technology team in Hazelwood, Missouri! This role will support the Advanced Composites Center (ACC). The Aerospace Composites Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeing’s Fighter Programs.
The successful candidate will have the ability to align data driven strategies to organizational goals, and present that data clearly and efficiently. This person should be organized, assertive, and able to develop actionable solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads in designing complex Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives.
- Assesses current technology for best fit.
- Combines programming, SQL skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field or higher is required.
• 5+ years of experience with SSRS Reporting environment, Power BI, Cognos, or other visualization tools
• 3+ years of experience using SQL queries
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, system design, and business intelligence concepts.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, late evenings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 8+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and reporting data stored in csv files and SQL or Oracle databases in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience working in a role that develops BI reporting capabilities as part of a cross-functional team that includes Operations, Finance, Software Engineers and other support teams.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Summary pay range: $112,200 - $151,800
