The Boeing Company is seeking a motivated Integrated Logistics Support Team Lead to oversee and guide a team of logistics integrators across multiple sites. This position will be based in Hazelwood, MO.
This role involves managing and integrating product and program lifecycle support activities, including support system analysis, spares provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance modifications, support equipment, and facilities. The successful candidate will ensure technical excellence in all contracted Integrated Logistics Support deliverables, lead the establishment of support requirements and costs, and develop program implementation and integration plans aligned with contract requirements. Strong leadership in risk, issue, and opportunity management, as well as coordination of proposal support activities, will be essential.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining current and accurate technical data and procedures, leading presentations and status reviews, and assessing the impact of engineering changes on product support. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in integrated logistics support and program management to contribute to complex aerospace programs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads a small team of Integrated Logistics Support integrators across multiple Boeing sites.
- Manages, monitors, and integrates product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.
- Manages and monitors support engineering data development.
- Plan, organize, direct and ensure technical excellence of all work associated with Integrated Logistics Support contracted requirements and deliverables.
- Leads establishing support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements.
- Proactively perform Risk, Issue and Opportunity management.
- Support the team operating rhythm and integrate with program operating rhythm to align teammates and efficiently disseminate information/direction
- Leads coordinating and gathering data for estimates in support of proposal activities.
- Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
- Creates and leads presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs.
- Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience advising a work unit regarding tasks, projects and operations
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Current or past EVM Silver Medallion certified
- Experience with organizing, planning, facilitating and executing customer logistics
- Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
