The Boeing Company is looking for a current and qualified F-15QA Instructor Pilot to implement training efforts for the F-15QA at Al-Udeid AB, Qatar.  The selected individuals will contribute to the operation of the F-15QA FTU effort. This assignment may include initial onboarding in Doha, Qatar or Hazelwood, Missouri followed by deployment to Al-Udeid AB, Qatar.

 

This position is a Long-Term Assignment to Al-Udeid AB, Qatar for a minimum of 24 months. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts mission systems operations as an aircrew Pilot Instructor member
• Performs familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight and ground instruction duties ensuring mission systems are compliant with required specifications
• Develops advanced concepts of operations and operational techniques
• Performs mission-specific training for domestic and international aircrew
• Evaluates flight data and recommends changes to system design based on operational considerations
• Leads the development of training materials and performs the duties of an aircrew instructor or examiner/evaluator
• Guides and mentors others
• Prior military aircrew member rating required for entry into this job family

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Current and qualified Instructor Pilot in the F-15QA aircraft
• 2+ years of experience as a fighter aircraft flying instructor

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• USAF Squadron Commander position in high-performance jets

 

Long-term Assignment details: 

• Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country
• Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable
• Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

 

Summary Pay Range: $239,700- $324,300
