Boeing Finance Shared Services (FSS) is seeking Experienced Financial Analysts to join Finance Analysis Center of Expertise (COE) team on the Defense Supply Chain Material/Non-Labor team in either Hazelwood, Missouri; Ridley Park, PA; Oklahoma City, OK; Tukwila, WA; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; or Long Beach, CA.

This Experienced Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading analyst(s) and directly supporting the material/non-labor financials in our Defense portfolio. This entails analyzing contract Bills of Material, supporting procurement, budgeting, internal and government reporting, developing estimates to complete (ETCs) and estimates at completion (EACs).
This analyst will be working across functions, including Program Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management to integrate the data and report up and outward.

Position Responsibilities:
Financial Mastery: Execute Estimates at Completion (EACs) for contracts as well as Develops variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends.
Data Integration: Collaborate across functions to drive decision-making.
Performance Analysis: Develop, and maintain cost baselines, utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) and MRP/ERP systems. As well as effectively navigates ambiguity to identify opportunities, risks, and challenges the business to capture value
Strategic Recommendations: Make informed recommendations through storytelling to management of all levels on financial performance projections.
Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to Boeing and governmental regulations concerning financial policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools as well as audit support.
People Development: Trains, mentors, and reviews junior analysts work via peer reviews
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
Experience with Estimates at Completion, Data Analysis, Budgeting, and/or Cost Performance Reporting
Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
Experience using GOLD and/or ERP/MRP systems
Experience in a role that required strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Ability to work across functions and represent finance effectively
Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
Experience working with large data sets (e.g. advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)
Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in-person, including ability to explain “why”
Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables
Experienced change agent; ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for CA, WA & PA: $85,000 - $115,000
Summary pay range MO: $79,080 - $106,950
Summary pay range OK: $73,100 - $98,900
