Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation organization is seeking knowledgeable and collaborative ERP Value Stream Leads to join the S/4 HANA implementation Core Team in Fairfax, VA, Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ or Ridley Park, PA.
The Value Streams include Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, and Close to Report. As a value stream lead, you will be responsible for aligning business processes, data and technology within defined value stream – ensuring that our future-state S/4 HANA solution deliver measurable value, efficiency gain, and long-term scalability. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a transformative initiative that will shape the way we operate and deliver value across the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with process owners and stakeholders
- Serve as the primary process steward for your assigned Value Stream
- Define and own high‑level scope and translate business needs into detailed end‑to‑end future-state vision for your area.
- Recommend integrated or simplified process scenarios to replace complex, fragmented system landscapes
- Provide critical input to cutover plans and data conversion strategies
- Review and validate authorization roles, ensuring they map correctly to business user roles
- Validate solution configuration delivered by the configuration team against requirements
- Ensure test plans are developed, executed, and meet acceptance criteria
- Advocate for process standardization, simplification, and user adoption across BGS-G
- Support organizational change management efforts, including training, documentation, stakeholder communication and adoption readiness
- Validate that post‑go‑live support processes and organization are defined and enabled
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 6+ years in a role utilizing professional communication and leadership skills
- 6+ years in a role utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience organizing and facilitating cross-functional workshops
- Experience documenting business process flows and capturing detailed business requirements
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, and drive business decisions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years in a role utilizing professional communication and leadership skills
- 10+ years in a role utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
- 15+ years in a role utilizing professional communication and leadership skills
- 15+ years in a role utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multiple years’ experience in at least one value stream and its business processes
- Experience driving process mapping for ERP implementation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Experienced: $90,950 - $131,100
Summary pay range Lead: $113,050 - $163,300
Summary pay range Senior: $141,100 - $204,700
